It will take you about 5 hours to travel to this magnificent place, the easiest way is take a bus from Manila to Lingayen.

Pangasinan's Hundred Islands

There are 3 developed landmasses on this paradise, they are Governor Island, Quezon Island and Children’s Island. In fact ancient corals, the islets extend well inland in an area formerly comprising the seabed of an ancient sea. Because of lowering sea levels, the islands were exposed to the surface and the odd mushroom-like shapes of some of the islands have been caused by the eroding stroke of the waves coming from the open ocean in the West Philippine Sea. Believed to be over 2 million years in existence, this remarkable place is also known as “Taytay-Bakes or Kapulo-puloan” is one of the tourist attractions of Philippines’ ecotourism. Even though only 3 of the islands have been developed for travelers, anyone can still enjoy and sightsee around the other 121 islands any time of the day.
